Ombre women's waistcoats are elegant sleeveless styles: cropped and fitted, with lapels and a tie belt at the waist, mid-thigh longline styles with a raised pattern, styles with a long shawl collar, and embroidered and lace-trimmed designs.
Most styles define the waist – with a belt, vertical stitching or a fitted cut – and have a deep V-neckline. They are made from polyester or blends of polyester with viscose and elastane, and some styles are lined and have decorative buttons.
The waistcoats come in sizes S–L, and some up to XXL. Check the bust and waist measurements in the size chart. Wear a waistcoat on its own as a top or over a shirt, with wide-leg trousers or shorts. Colours: black, beige, ecru and blue. Lace and embroidered styles are suited to evenings out, while plain belted waistcoats work well in the office. Wash them gently at a low temperature.
