The right of withdrawal
The customer
has the right the withdraw from this contract within 14 days of concluding it without stating a
reason. The validity of the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you have
gained possession of the ordered goods or on which a third party, other than the delivery company and
indicated by you, has gained possession of the ordered goods.
In order to withdraw from the contract, you have to let us know about the decision to do so by means of an unequivocal statement (sent via post or email). You can use for this purpose this form (download), but this is not mandatory. However, in order to facilitate the process of withdrawal, we advise you to use the aforementioned form and to send it to us alongside the goods. This will considerably facilitate the operations of our customer support team.

In order not to exceed the period of withdrawal, it is necessary that you inform us of your intention to avail yourselves of your right of withdrawal before the period of withdrawal elapses.
The consequences of withdrawal
In case of your withdrawal from
this contract, we return all the payments made by you immediately, within 14 days of receiving
information about your decision to avail yourselves of your right of withdrawal from this contract. The
return of the payment can be held up until the goods are sent back or else a bill of return is received
by us, depending on which happens first.
The goods should be sent back or returned to the following address: ESPIR S.C. 46 Nilskiego-Łapińskiego St., 18-100 Łapy, or to a return point in your country, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods. The withdrawal period is not exceeded if you return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Customers are required to bear the cost of return shipping of the goods. You are liable only for defects arising on the goods as a result of using them in a manner other than necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature, character and functions. We do not accept return shipments paid on delivery.
